1 ) 7 axis dry cutting CNC gear hobbing machine with secondary development of man-machine program, making the operation and replacement of products more convenient and cost-effective.


2) The X axis and Z axis, we adopt imported large sizes heavy-duty high-precision roller guide rail. Moreover, we install 3 sliders in the X axis, which will entrance the better rigidity and higher accuracy.
Combined with grease lubrication system,it has good shock absorption, high accuracy and long life.
At the same time, the screw adopts special roller thrust screw bearing, better bearing rigidity; The fast moving speed of the guide rail is up to 8000mm/min, and the processing auxiliary time is greatly reduced.


3) The tool spindle adopts TOMAN’s patented hob shaft (B axis) of front 4 rear 1 mechanism, high precision gear transmission, the end adopts clearance structure, the spindle bearing adopts ultra-fine mist lubrication, which can not only play the role of lubrication, but also can realize the gas seal, to ensure the spindle no heating and long life.

In addition, the precise progressive quantitative thin oil lubrication system can effectively control the transmission’s temperature rise, to make the transmission more stable, high precision, good rigidity, the highest speed will be up to 1500r/min.


4) The workpiece shaft (C axis) is designed with a telescopic integrated high-precision gear transmission structure. The speed of the working table can be up to 150r/min, which can meet the high efficiency hobbing of parts with few teeth.
The spindle sleeve and other main parts are all processed by high precision grinding to ensure the high precision operation from the source.
Combined with the structural design of high-precision and high-rigidity large cylindrical roller bearings and thrust bearings, it has high bearing capacity, high rigidity and high rotation accuracy.


5) Compact structure with PRO/E optimization design of the overall layout.
Compared with other brands of machine tools, the floor area is reduced by nearly 1/3.

6) The three-layer wall with high strength and high rigidity, the heavy steel plate frame structure with high steel plate and the middle part of the bed are arranged with three high strength support bars and the thickness of the reinforced steel plate, which all to ensure that the bed has high enough stiffness.


7) Specially designed internal protection, the cutting area is very clean, at the same time, iron filings can be quickly discharged from the machine tool, completely isolated from the non-processing area of the machine tool, and the heat insulation effect is good.


8) The hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication modular were designed in the machine tool’s left rear, which make the daily maintenance, maintenance is more convenient and simple.


9) The hydraulic station has independent heat dissipation and cooling device, so that the action is more stable and more reliable.
