1. Types of hydraulic breaker chisel:
1. Cone steel chisel:
This steel chisel shapes like a pencil tip, and is often used to pierce an object and penetrate the tool. In other words, even very hard objects can also be seprated by splitting power of point cone. Including, such as no reinforced or slightly reinforced concrete, sedimentary rock, and high hardness, seamy rock and so on.
2. Flat steel chisel:
These tools like stone mason's chisel and are most widely used in the Hydraulic Hammer. Flat chisel works like cone chisel. Under the same working conditions, flat hammer is more wear resistant. Because their shapes are more suitible for handing the reinforced materails, and thus flat chisel can smash the reinforced concrete better. So they are also recommended to break the heavy reinforced concrete, in addition, also widely used in sedimentary rocks, and the rock cracks of high hardness rocks.
3. Horizontal steel chisel:
Chipping steel chisel is not the same sharp as the cone shaped and flat steel chisel, so it can not smash the object by penetrating and hacking. 1. Full compension if fracture takes place wear 50mm below from the tip of the steel chisel.
2.50% compensation if the fracture occurrs wear 100mm below from the tip of the steel chisel.
3. No compensation if the fracture occurrs wear 200mm below from the tip of the steel chisel.
